Tyre Bay Supplies is a company that specialises in the supply of premium
quality bead breakers for the tyre industry. We import premium tyre bead
breaking equipment for removal of tyres from cars to large earthmovers and
cranes. We import hydraulic bead breakers from PMM Montressor in Italy. Pumps
and hoses from BVA in the Netherlands and Kema pneumatic bead breakers from
Denmark. All the brands have made their mark in the UK and are recognised for
their quality and longevity. All spare parts are available and all products
carry a manufacturers 12-month warranty.
PMM Montressor products were previously imported into the UK by ITAL Group
who is no longer trading. Tyre Bay Supplies has exclusivity to distribute PMM
Montressor products in the UK. All the PMM bead breakers are machined from a
solid block of alloy, which makes the PMM bead breaker very light and easy to
handle. This product should not be confused with cheaply made steel bead
breakers, which are heavy and poorly manufactured.
BVA pumps and hoses are manufactured to a high specification and are the
ideal reliable pump to use with the PMM bead breaker range.
Kema bead breakers are manufactured to a very high standard in Denmark, they
are well known and respected in the tyre industry for their ease of use in
breaking tractor beads whilst the wheel is still on the tractor. They are also
renowned for their build quality. A hydraulic pump is not needed, as the Kema
is totally pneumatic so all that is needed is a compressed air supply.
